TICKET & CANCELLATION POLICY

You request an invitation, we review it, and — if confirmed — we issue a personal pass offer stating the fee and the payment deadline. A pass is only secured once payment is received or a written waiver is issued by the organizer.

Passes are transferable to a colleague at the same organization at no charge, up to 48 hours before doors, subject to the same review standard. Email invitations@ainssummit.com with the replacement attendee's name, title and email. Passes may not be resold or given to a third party outside your organization.

Cancel more than 60 days before the event (on or before March 19, 2027) for a full refund of pass fees. Cancel between 60 and 30 days before (March 20 – April 18, 2027) for a 50% refund. Within 30 days of the event, pass fees are non-refundable, but the pass remains transferable as above.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 15 business days of confirmation. Payment processing fees, where applied, are not refundable.

An unused pass is not refunded or credited. If an invoice is unpaid by its deadline, we may release the pass to the waitlist.

The Founders & Investors Dinner and other capped seatings are separately invited and non-transferable. If you cannot attend a seating you have accepted, tell us at least 7 days in advance so the seat can be reallocated.

Partnership fees follow the schedule in your partner agreement. Because branded inventory, print and on-site build are commissioned ahead of the event, amounts committed to production are non-refundable once assets are in production; remaining amounts follow the same 60/30-day structure above.

If we cancel the event, you may choose a full refund of pass fees paid or a credit for the next edition. If the dates or venue change materially, you may transfer your pass to the new date or request a full refund of pass fees within 14 days of the announcement.

Where an event is prevented or materially disrupted by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including venue failure, public health orders, natural events or civil disruption — we will reschedule or move the event online where practical, and our liability is limited to pass fees paid. Travel, lodging and other expenses remain your responsibility, so we recommend refundable bookings or travel insurance.
