PRIVACY POLICY
This policy explains what Social Capital Events, LLC does with the information you send us through the AINS Summit website.
Who we are
AINS Summit is produced by Social Capital Events, LLC ("we", "us"). For any privacy question, write to privacy@ainssummit.com.
What we collect
We collect what you type into our forms: name, work email, company, job title, the reason you are contacting us and any message or partnership details you include. If you subscribe to the dispatch, we store your email address and the fact that you consented.
Our hosting and analytics infrastructure may also process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. We do not run advertising trackers.
Why we use it
To review invitation requests, respond to partnership and speaking inquiries, send event logistics to confirmed attendees, and — only with your consent — send occasional event updates. We do not sell your information.
Who can see it
Our small organizing team, and service providers who help us operate: hosting, database, and email delivery vendors, all bound to process data on our instructions. We may share limited information with the venue or a vendor where it is needed to deliver the event (for example, an accessibility accommodation or a dietary requirement).
Partner companies do not receive attendee lists. Where a partner activation captures information directly from you on site, that capture is theirs and is disclosed at the point of collection.
How long we keep it
Inquiry and attendance records are kept for as long as needed to run the current and next edition of the event, and then deleted or anonymised. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the dispatch at any time using the link in any email. You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by writing to privacy@ainssummit.com. We will confirm your request and act on it within 30 days.
Security
Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. No system is perfect; if we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify affected people as required by applicable law.
Children
AINS Summit is a professional event for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, note it in the dispatch.
