QUESTIONS, ANSWERED PLAINLY
Invitations, pricing, deadlines, travel, accessibility, cancellations, the partner process and our speaking policy. If something is missing, write to the desk that owns it.
How do I get an invitation?
Request one through the Request an invite form. Every request is reviewed by the organizing team; we look at your role, what you are building or buying, and the balance of the room.
Why is attendance capped and reviewed?
The room is capped at roughly 350 people with one stage. Review keeps the mix balanced across service builders, enterprise operators and investors, which is the entire point of the format.
When will I hear back?
We typically respond within two business days, and confirm or waitlist invitation requests in review waves rather than instantly.
Can I send a colleague instead?
Yes. Confirmed passes are transferable to a colleague at the same organization. Use the contact form with the new attendee's details.
What does a pass cost?
Pass pricing is confirmed in your invitation. Because attendance is reviewed rather than sold, we quote pricing at the point of invitation instead of publishing an open ticket page.
What are the key dates?
The Founders & Investors Dinner is May 17, 2027; the summit runs May 18–19, 2027 at The Pearl in San Francisco. Invitation waves open through 2026 and close once the room is full.
When do partnership deadlines fall?
Partner inventory is finite and tied to production lead times — branded experiences, print and on-site build generally lock 60 days before doors. Earlier commitments get better placement.
Where is the venue?
The Pearl, in the Dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco. It is a multi-level venue with the main conference hall, the Discovery Lab and private meeting spaces.
Do you provide hotels or travel?
Travel and lodging are the attendee's responsibility. Confirmed attendees receive a logistics note with recommended hotels near the venue and transport guidance.
What is included on site?
Sessions, lunch on both days, coffee service and the evening reception are included with a confirmed pass. The Founders & Investors Dinner is a separate, invitation-only seating.
Is the event accessible?
Yes. See the accessibility page for venue access, seating, dietary and sensory details. Send any accommodation request through the contact form.
How far ahead should I request an accommodation?
As early as you can, and ideally at least 30 days before the event, so we can arrange it properly with the venue and vendors. We still do our best with later requests.
Can I cancel my pass?
Passes are transferable within your organization at any time. Refund windows and any fees are stated in the ticket and cancellation policy and in your confirmation email.
What if the event is cancelled or moved?
If we cancel, you receive a refund of pass fees paid or a credit to the next edition, at your choice. If dates or venue change materially, you may transfer or request a refund of pass fees.
What does the partner process look like?
Introductory call, a written brief with tier and inventory options, agreement and invoice, then a production kickoff with deadlines for assets and on-site build. Start with the Founding partner form.
Does partnership include stage time?
No. Partnership buys presence, access and experiences — never a speaking slot. That separation is what keeps the programming credible for the room you want to reach.
Can we sponsor a single moment instead of a tier?
Yes. The à la carte menu covers discrete moments — lanyards, badges, Wi-Fi, coffee bar, lounges, the content studio and dinners. Request the menu and we will recommend a fit.
Can I buy a speaking slot?
No. There are no paid speaking slots at AINS Summit, at any tier or price.
How are speakers selected?
Speakers are selected on operating substance: what they have shipped, what it changed commercially, and whether they can be specific in public. Send a short case, not a bio, through the contact form.
