ACCESSIBILITY & ACCOMMODATIONS

Tell us what you need and we will arrange it. Email accessibility@ainssummit.com — ideally at least 30 days before the event, though we will always try with later requests.

Requesting an accommodation

Write to accessibility@ainssummit.com with what you need and, if relevant, the sessions or moments it applies to. We confirm every request in writing and name the person responsible for it on site. Requests are treated as confidential and shared only with the venue or vendor delivering them.

Venue and movement

AINS Summit 2027 is at The Pearl in the Dogpatch, San Francisco — a multi-level venue with elevator access between floors and step-free entry from the street. Accessible restrooms are available on site. If you use a wheelchair, walker or service animal, tell us in advance so we can hold appropriate space and a clear route to the stage front.

Seating and sightlines

Reserved seating with clear sightlines to the stage and to interpreters can be held on request, including companion seating. Ask and we will assign it before doors.

Hearing and vision support

On request we arrange live captioning for main-stage sessions and ASL interpretation. Slides are presented at high contrast, and printed materials can be supplied in large-print or digital form. Please request captioning or interpretation as early as possible, as it depends on provider availability.

Sensory and quiet space

A low-stimulation quiet room is available away from the main hall for the full duration of the event. Lighting and sound in the main hall are kept at conference levels; there are no strobe effects.

Dietary needs

Meals cover vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and common allergen-aware options. For severe allergies or specific medical diets, email us so the caterer can prepare a labelled plate for you.

Getting here

Accessible drop-off is available directly outside the venue entrance. Nearby parking includes accessible spaces; we will send exact drop-off and parking guidance in the attendee logistics note.

Website accessibility

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA on this website: semantic structure, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus states, text alternatives for meaningful images and high-contrast type. If any part of the site is hard to use, tell us at accessibility@ainssummit.com and we will fix it and give you the information another way.
