TERMS OF USE & ATTENDANCE
These terms apply to this website and to attendance at AINS Summit 2027, produced by Social Capital Events, LLC.
Using this website
The content on this site is provided for information about AINS Summit. Program, speakers, venue details and timings are planned in advance and may change. Do not reproduce our brand, copy or imagery for commercial purposes without written permission.
Invitations and passes
Attendance is by invitation and subject to review. Submitting a request does not create a right to attend. A pass is personal to the named attendee, may be transferred to a colleague at the same organization with our confirmation, and may not be resold.
We may decline or revoke an invitation where information provided is inaccurate, where fees are unpaid, or where conduct breaches the Code of Conduct.
Payment, changes and cancellation
Fees, refund windows and transfer rules are set out in the ticket and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
Partner agreements
Partnerships are governed by a separate written agreement and its production deadlines. Partnership does not include speaking slots or attendee contact lists. Where inventory cannot be delivered as described, we will substitute equivalent inventory or refund the affected portion.
Recording, photography and media
Sessions and public areas are photographed and recorded. By attending you agree that your image or voice may appear in event photography, recordings and promotional material. Tell invitations@ainssummit.com on arrival if you prefer to be excluded and we will do our best to accommodate.
Attendee recording of sessions is not permitted without permission from the organizer and the speaker. Some sessions are off the record and will be marked as such.
Your conduct on site
Attendance requires compliance with the Code of Conduct and with venue rules. We may remove anyone from the event without refund for harassment, threatening behaviour or serious disruption.
Liability
You are responsible for your own travel, insurance and personal property. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the event is limited to the fees you paid for your pass, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes will be handled by the courts located in San Francisco, California.
